Sales

There is no minimum order requirement other than that orders must be in multiples of the units of sale indicated in the Price List.

Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT and are chargeable at the prevailing rate at the time of order to customers residing within the European Union. Payment

Payment should be made with the order and goods will be delivered after your Cheque, Postal order or Credit card including Switch and Solo, has been cleared through our bank.

Delivery

UK Mainland

UK - By Royal Mail Up to the weight of 200g. A charge of £2.95 for packaging, postage and handling will be added to the order. Orders are sent by Second Class Post, unless otherwise agreed, where an additional cost will apply. Orders that weigh over 200g may incur a surcharge.

Overseas Delivery

EU Countries - by Air Up to the weight of 200g. A charge of £4.95 for packaging, postage and handling will be added to the order. Orders are sent by Second Class Post, unless otherwise agreed, where an additional cost will apply. For heavier items postage is likely to be surcharged.

Rest of the World - by Air Up to the weight of 200g. A charge of £5.95 for packaging, postage and handling will be added to the order. Orders are sent by Second Class Post, unless otherwise agreed, where an additional cost will apply. For heavier items postage is likely to be surcharged.

Every effort is made to maintain adequate stocks to facilitate the dispatch of goods within 48 hours after an order is received. However, for items not in stock please allow 28 days for delivery.

Cancellation of Order

Should you wish to cancel an order which was placed online please contact us as soon as possible. You can e-mail us at info@FootTechnology.co.uk You may cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of the product. A returned product should be in its original condition and where possible in their original packaging with your purchase receipt. The original cost of the goods will be refunded to you within 30 days of cancellation.

Security Policy

Our online order shopping basket form uses a secure connection. Online payments are processed through The Royal Bank of Scotland Streamline, PayPal or Moneybookers, depending on the customers choice in the payment area of the shopping cart.

Guarantee

We guarantee that the goods will be free from any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service and will credit such products provided the goods complained of are returned, together with full particulars of the alleged defect. We guarantee that the goods are fit for their intended use, as set out on this web site and you are required to check the precise purpose of each product before application. Therefore we do not accept responsibility if you or the consumer puts the goods to a use which is not intended. In the unlikely event that goods are received damaged or faulty, please return the product in the original packaging for a full refund (including return shipping) or replacement.

Should you find the goods unsuitable, a full refund will be offered. However, you will be obliged to pay the cost of the return shipping. We will endeavour to advise and hopefully provide you with a suitable replacement. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 recommended a return period of 7 working days, within which the consumer can return their goods without giving a reason, we would like to confirm that we offer the consumer the right to return their goods within 14 days.
